You know how important action is to getting results. As a leader you must know how to not only be in action yourself but get your team to follow along in the actions required. The problem with action is 1 of 2 things. Either you don’t know what the right action is so you just do, or you know what the right actions are but are too stuck in working in the business instead of on the business. Which is very important with the gen. Z and for millennials.. This second place is frankly pretty hard because you are in a self inflicted overwhelm and procrastination state that never ends.
